Reporting a problem

Include your device model, operating-system version, Beamward build number and the world you were playing. Describe what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot can help. TestFlight players can also use Send Beta Feedback in TestFlight.

Please leave out passwords, payment-card details and private information visible in other apps.

Getting a rescue home

Fly close to a person or animal and hold the beam. Once the load is aboard, release the beam and return to the destination. Brake early with a heavy load. Follow the current mission prompt when a rescue needs repairs or another task first.

Pause keeps the briefing and audio settings within reach. Journey shows campaign progress, and completed adventures can be replayed separately.

Progress and offline play

The game saves campaign progress, expedition state, records and preferences on your device. It includes its gameplay assets for offline play. There is no Beamward account or game-operated cloud-save service; your device may make backups under its own settings.

Deleting the app or clearing its data can remove progress. Contact us before doing that if you need help with a save. We cannot recover a save that has not been sent to us or retained by your device.

Purchases and availability

Beamward is in development. The native beta preview currently has purchases disabled. The intended release offers a free Valley introduction and a permanent full-game purchase; final availability and store pricing will be shown before release.

If a store purchase needs investigating, tell us which store you used and what its purchase history shows. Don't send payment-card details. Apple or Google handles its own store accounts, payments and refunds.
